perididdle*Yawns again*
I have horseback riding today, around 2 if it doesn't rain and/or snow. But instead of me and Kelsey putting English saddles onto our horses and learn from Mona, there are gonna be as many students as we can have without sharing horses, and we're all prolly gonna put on Western saddles and play games for two hours. Then we’re gonna have a little Christmas party until about 6, but it’s mostly about the games, lol.
I myself wanna play Broomstick Polo (with teams, or Me/Kelsey vs. Cassie/Justin or something...it'd be cool, and the little kids can't really do it, cause they'll be riding either Buckey, who is scared to death of the beach ball, or Andy or Annie, who are just huge for them), and I'll see how fast I can get Bummer going for a Ribbon Race with Kelsey. Last time we got 12 seconds, and the fastest was 10.something or other. Yeah...WOW.
Hmm what other games were cool at that horse show...the Snowy River Race is fun, cept I don't think Mona has the right things to use. NO DIZZY BAT. I refuse to play that. Maybe Catalog Race, since it's kinda easy. Just need a useless phone book. Trisha and Morca are telling me to play Horseback Tag. When your it you just have to run up to someone and touch them, not the saddle or the horse, but like their arm. Then skid to a stop, turn around, and RUN. Sounds fun.
Barrels, maybe Poles, very easy, we know how to do it. I'll have to find some other fun ones...
And Catty is still I think the happiest muse I've EVER had. She went down to the barn at like four this morning to feed the horses, mostly so she could see her newest buddy. It's a five-year-old, about 15.3 hand high, Paint cross gelding. I dunno what else he has in him ASIDE from Paint, but Morca went down later and thought he might have Thoroughbred in him. But he looks weird for a Paint stally/TB mare cross...maybe it was a really weird mare, like one that had 10 breeds in her bloodline. That'd be really fun, actually. Well, we just know he's pretty and not the calmest horse in the world. So much better than young Diablo, and he's already nice to Catty, but he was spooked by some things. He's broken to ride Western or English, but I think he just needs some training with a new rider and he'll be all good. No name for him yet, but Catty's gonna walk him around on a lead line a bit, and maybe lunge him, but no getting up on him for two days, prolly. Get him used to the area first.
