Scar, 'Be Prepared'

If you watch this enough, you can almost see him go insane within the span of time it takes for him to sing that bit. Scar was jealous and overshadowed by his older brother, and I think it just got the most of him and began taking over. He wouldn't have been nearly as evil if Mufasa had shared the glory of being the king with him, or if he'd had it from the beginning (Mufasa's pride or a different one aside from the outlanders, I don't think it would matter.) He never got the attention he wanted/needed, and this went and happened.
Though something must have happened, to set it all off. The scar, in particular, gives room to wonder about Taka's cubhood. Perhaps an angry Akase turned to her son and sliced his eye? Maybe Ahadi? Or a play fight that went to far between brothers? Taka might've been more of a Nuka when he was young, and mangy, wannabe, clumsy thing that found himself in a lot of tight spots, and someone failed to rescue him on a particularly nasty occasion. We never do learn where he gets the mark, but it's a big hint into WHY Taka was the way he was.
I'm not entirely sure why I went off into that rant, but I felt like pondering. I should go before I start on Scar's intense similarities to Hitler, and his Nazi hyenas...^_^
