perididdleI'm waiting for the Wicked footware to finish downloading (almost down to 5 hours! WOOT!), so in my fit of complete, 'don't-open-any-internet-windows' boredom, I wrote some of A'mael. About 1000 words of Drake and Morca discussing the plan to get Trish there. It's not very good, and it's not long enough to cut up and place between Daken and Amit scenes, but I guess I'll do that later.
Morca calls Hawk both 'birdman' and 'Falcon.' (It's all Glinda style...'And [Dorthy's] cute little dog....DoDo.') That makes me rather happy. As does her referring to Drake as her 'boy toy, guard dog and teddy bear' all in the same thought. I had to just kinda bs my way through the plans, because I can't remember them, all I was sure of was Drake telling Morca to be in the room with Trish so that when she wakes up she won't go crazy and blow the house up.
Though later Morca says...."Baby, this plan sucks. It's never going to work." And then, ta da, Amit and Daken show up with with a rather unconsious Trish. And the only thing Morca can say is "Well, I STILL think she's going to kill you when she wakes up."
For some reason, it amuses me.
I'm off to fall asleep to something on TV, I might just post around 4 or 5 AM screaming about my finished Wicked boot, I set the alarm to wake me up around the time it should finish. Yay!
