( My 'To Read' Book List. 0.0 )
In that order, mind you.
That's 27 books. And even when I read the likes of Heartland, Phantom Stally, Lord of the Rings and T*Witches, three of which I can read in a snap, I have the next book in each series (but nothing past, thank god). So it's really 31 books.
I'm such a slacker. I buy these books, and don't read them OR don't finish them. I used to read 200 page books in under 24 hours like every day. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?
Oh! Wicked! *adds*
27 2/3. 31 2/3. *Cries.*
Shatterglass I REALLY need to read, badly, because I had it checked out for almost three weeks and read none of it. My poor Circle Opens series, how I used to love thee...though, you know, 7 of these books are going to be EASY EASY, and 13 2/3 I know I can get into and read because they're either just big enough to make me notice them and wanna try and read after seeing their stories (Hawksong, Shatterglass, Daughters of the Moon, ect), or written so I get really giggly and excited when I read them (Douglas Adams, Harry Dresden, Wicked.) But Wuthering Heights, Pride & Prejudice, Fellowship of the Ring, and the His Dark Materials series (Golden Compass, Amber Spyglass, Subtle Knife) are gonna drive me maaaad. AND Les Mis...1200 pages. I even have a slightly abridged version. Oh god.
I also have some Unicorns of Balinor books hanging around, I was on the one about the star. Or past it. I think I had a few left, I just have to find them...but not now. Oh, and my 2 Dark Willow books. Two other Buffy books that don't please me because they are old. And Among The...Among the....oh oh oh god what book is it, Among the Tried or Among The Truth or something. Grr, whatever. I'll need something to read when I'm done. ^_^
*Thinks* I probably have more. OH! Bridget Jones - The Edge of Reason and Digital Fortress. This is going to be The List Part 1. The ones I'm mentioned above shall go on The List Part 2 - Bride of the List.
Yeah. I'm very fearful of my upcoming reading adventure. I barely read anymore, which makes me sad. Still have my post high school reading level, but I can't get pulled into books and stay there as easily anymore. I'm a SAD PERSON.
Yeah. *Wanders off to be scared.*
