"Ladies and gentlemen...Miss Velma Kelly, in an act of desperation."

I love this song. I love this movie. I love musicals. I'm a Broadway geek and DAMN WELL PROUD OF IT!

Anyone else listen to the soundtrack of the bestest movie ever? (Okay, maybe that's stretching it, but Chicago is drop dead drool-worthy) Okay, anyone else do so obsessively? Sing along, even in public? If yes, then congrats, you're just extra special and you get a gold star. And cookies.

Yeah, now it's Mr. Cellophane. I used to HATE this song. I'd skip over the scene in the movie, too. But I'm starting to really like it. It's fun. Now I'm gonna have to watch the movie after I finish the CD. Then I'm gonna go obsess over the Broadway version. I MUST go see that. Yes. If I don't get to see it, someone will die. *Thinks* I want some money. So I can go get some other soundtracks, because I need Lion King (Movie and Broadway), Roger & Hammerstein's Cinderella (1957 and 1997 would be great) and...hmm...maybe Gypsy. Not sure.

"Give 'em the old razzle dazzle, razzle dazzle 'em. Give 'em act with lots of flash in it, and the raction will be passionate. Give 'em the old hocus pocus, bead and feather 'em. How can they see with sequens in their eyes? What if your hinges all are rusting? What if, in fact, you're just disgusting? Razzle dazzle 'em, and they'll never catch wise."

*Huggles Billy Flynn. Then huggles Richard Gere.* There are reasons he's on my 'Love Slaves' list, damnit. lol...hmm, eh, I'm gonna have to skip just Class and Roxie singing Nowadays. As much as Class is fun, I'm not in the mood, and the second one just annoys me greatly.

Ahh, I think I'm done ranting in short, pointless paragraphs. Oh, since it's like 55 degrees outside, Cat put a weird saddle on her horse...it's kind of like an old military-type saddle, with the high back. Maybe it's an Austrailian English saddle. And I think it's Morca's or maybe even Trisha's...oh, but point is, she put it on her horse, and she put on bar spurs (no rolley sharp things) and a slightly more controlling bit on the bridle and she rode a little in the arena and just trotted and cantered a little...then she left the arena and beforehand, she'd found a really long stretch of just flat ground on Drake's property. She asked him if she could ride on it, so I'm guessing he said yes, cause then she trotted over, put her stirrups up like two holes and cantered in a circle. Then she aimed the horsie toward the long flat part and she put him into a hand gallop then a real gallop, then just BOOM, he was running his pretty lil' heart out. Very, very fun. Catty didn't fall off, and she stood like an exercise rider and got him to pull up and everything. Very fun. Catty is happy and her horsie was all prancing and acting like the macho horse afterwards. T'was great.

Oh, wow, a long paragraph. This is a long entry. Fun.
